Property Description: *GATED RESORT WITH COMMUNAL FACILITIES INCLUDING A LAZY RIVER** 4 DOUBLE & 1 TWIN BEDROOM* DAMAGE WAIVER FEE INCLUDED** This 2 storey home is locted at Solterra, Davenport. The amenities at Solterra include 6700 square foot clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, business centre with Internet, volleyball, tennis, children's playground and picnic area. There is a formal dining area at the entrance of the home; this leads to a stylish kitchen with granite worktops and the main lounge with a door to the pool. There is a second lounge upstairs which also has a Foosball table The pool has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There is a shaded lanai and pool furniture. Bedroom 1 (Downstairs King size bed En-suite bathroom TV Bedroom 2 (Upstairs) Queen size bed TV Bathroom Bedroom 3 King size bed En-suite bathroom Bedroom 4 King size bed En-suite bathroom TV Bedroom 5 Twin beds TV En-suite cloakroom IMPORTANT INFORMATION Starting September 1st 2023 all Solterra Resort guests wishing to have access to the amenities within the resort including the Water Park, Lazy River and Slides, Tennis Court, Common Green areas and Gym will pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The access fee will be a single fee per stay based on the number of guests in the home: $35 for up to 12 guests, and $45 for 13 or more guests. This fee must be paid directly at the resort to Vesta Desk Services by credit card or debit card (cash will not be accepted). When the guests go to the club house to register their vehicle, they can pay the fee then. Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE AND COVERS UP TO $500 OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE/BREAKAGE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 35 DAYS INCUR 100% CHARGE
