The entrance opens to a living and dining area. This leads to a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and the main lounge with additional sofas, a flat screen TV and a door to the pool. There is a utility room with a washer and dryer. A pool table and Foosball is located in the garage. The pool faces south and has views over the lake. There is a separate hot tub and a shaded lanai with outdoor furniture. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances.
