The pool has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to th same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There is a shaded lanai and a child safety fence. Please note that when the temperature drops below 55°F, pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances.
