Highlands Reserve is a prestigious golfing community and also has communal facilities including a swimming pool, tennis courts, and children’s playground. In addition to the golf course there is a putting green, Driving Range and Putting Green and a golf club with a bar which also serve snacks. Disney is approximately 20- 25 minutes’ drive, subject to traffic. There is a Publix supermarket a few minutes’ drive and a number of bars and restaurants nearby. A vast selection of shops, restaurants and bars can be found along Highway 192 in Kissimmee, less than 10 minutes away. The home has 2 living areas, both of which have a TV; the first area also has a dining table and chairs and this leads to the main lounge with a door to the pool. Behind the main lounge is a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with a washer and dryer. The garage has been converted into a games room and features a pool table and Foosball. At the rear of the home is a private screened pool, which faces south-west and backs onto the golf course. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances.
