The front door leads to an open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Adjacent is a lounge area with a corner suite and a wall mounted TV;opposite the lounge is a dining area with a door to the pool. A games room with a basket ball net, pool table, air-hockey and Foosball table is on the ground floor. Upstairs is a loft/living area with a sofa and a large projector screen. The pool has a Spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added.
