Property Description: **GATED RESORT WITH COMMUNAL FACILITIES INCLUDING A LAZY RIVER** 3 DOUBLE & 2 THEMED BUNK BEDROOMS* DAMAGE WAIVER FEE INCLUDED* This luxury town-home is located at Solterra which is approximately 20 -25 minutes to Disney. The amenities at Solterra include 6700 square foot clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, business centre with Internet, volleyball, tennis, children's playground and picnic area. The accommodation is on 2 levels and also has its own private plunge pool. Downstairs has an open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining area and a lounge with a door to the pool deck and a double bedroom. Upstairs is another lounge area with sofas and a TV plus the remaining bedrooms. Bedroom 1 (Downstairs) Queen size bed TV Shower room Bedroom 2 (Upstairs) Master bedroom with King size bed En-suite shower room Bedroom 3 King size bed TV Shower room Bedroom 4 Bunk Beds (Mickey Mouse theme) TV Bathroom Bedroom 5 Bunk Beds (Minions theme) TV IMPORTANT INFORMATION Starting September 1st 2023 all Solterra Resort guests wishing to have access to the amenities within the resort including the Water Park, Lazy River and Slides, Tennis Court, Common Green areas and Gym will pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The access fee will be a single fee per stay based on the number of guests in the home: $35 for up to 12 guests, and $45 for 13 or more guests. This fee must be paid directly at the resort to Vesta Desk Services by credit card or debit card (cash will not be accepted). When the guests go to the club house to register their vehicle, they can pay the fee then. Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 35 DAYS INCUR 100% CHARGE
