This standard villa is on one level; the open floor plan has a lounge with a flat screen TV and a door to the pool, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area.There is a pool table in the garage. The pool has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added and there is a child safety fence. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances.
