This spacious 2400 sqft home consists of 5 gorgeous bedrooms to accommodate up to 10 people or 2 families. You will love coming home to this villa after long days exploring the theme parks and Florida shopping. Enjoy peaceful evenings in this quiet, safe, and gated community. This spacious home has a fully equipped kitchen with all stainless stell appliances. Free WiFi, Pond view from your own private pool deck. 1 King bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms, 1 Bedroom with a Full double bed and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that when the temperature drops below 55°F, pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances.
