The second is the main lounge, which also has a TV and is opposite the dining area with a door to the pool. The third is upstairs on the landing with another TV and 2 chairs. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and 2 bedrooms downstairs; the villa also has a washer and dryer. The pool has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. It has a conservation view and there is a shaded lanai and a child safety fence. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume.
