Property is located on a very private lot where the pool side and large backyard face a vast vacant natural field, beautiful trees and breathtaking greenery. 2 King bedrooms. 1 bedroom with a Full and a twin bed, 1 bedroom with 2 sets of twin over twin bunks and the 5th bedroom has a set of twin over full bunk beds. The 1st King master suite is located on the ground floor and the other 4 bedrooms are upstairs. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation we can arrange a rental grill for your stay. MPORTANT INFORMATION Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume.
