Our 5-bedroom 4.5 bathroom home sleeps up to14 people and provides the ideal base for your family and friends to enjoy all that Florida has to offer and to meet all the expectations for your vacation. Air-conditioned throughout, this superbly furnished villa extends to approx 3000 sq ft and is fully equipped with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, games room and a private pool and spa 2 King bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 Full beds, 1 bedroom with two sets of twin over full bunks and bedroom 5 also has a set of twin over full bunk beds. Solterra Resort is a planned community of purpose built homes designed for use as family vacation homes consisting of 4 -15 bedroom homes to accommodate small and large groups. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas BBQ grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay. MPORTANT INFORMATION Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances.
