The home is on 2 levels and has 2 bedrooms downstairs. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an island breakfast bar, granite worktops and stainless-steel appliances. Adjacent is a dining area with a door to the pool and the lounge with a TV is opposite. The upstairs loft/landing area has been made into a games room with a pool table, Foosball and a games console, TV and 2 chairs. The pool has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There is a shaded lanai with furniture and a pool bathroom. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual. As this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances.
