The Tu Casa Tiki bar & fireplace lounge serves food for poolside dining. There is also a fitness centre, volleyball courts and sundry shop and video arcade. At the right of the entrance is the first of 2 downstairs bedrooms and to the left is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The hallway leads to an open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen & breakfast bar, lounge and a dining area with a door to the pool The pool faces west and has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There is a shaded lanai and comfortable pool furniture. A games room with a pool table, air-hockey and Foosball is located on the upstairs landing along with a media area with a sofa and a large projection screen and the remaining 7 bedrooms. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances.
