The Living Room is tastefully decorated in calming blues and has a smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating for your guests, the perfect setting to discuss plans for the rest of your day or simply to unwind in the evening. The Kitchen is fully equipped and will cater for all your needs whether it is a quick breakfast/ lunch that can be enjoyed at the cozy Breakfast Bar or a more formal family meal at the 6-seat dining table. There are three beautiful bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. The Master Bedroom (upstairs) has a King size bed, Flat Screen TV, and en-suite, it also boasts a private balcony with seating for those breakfasts where you can enjoy the spectacular views. Double bedroom (downstairs) is on the ground floor and has a Queen bed, with Flat Screen TV and en-suite. A great room for guests who may have trouble with stairs. Twin Bedroom (upstairs) also has a Flat Screen TV and en-suite. This room is great for friends to share. The private pool area includes sun loungers and a Dining area for those Al Fresco meals where you can unwind after a day in the parks, or indeed enjoy an evening relaxing and enjoying the conservation surroundings. L:8' 8" W: 8' 6" Home has Pool Fence Disclaimer - All sizes are approximate. Resort Facilities: The resort facilities are run by a third party. Availability of all resort facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract. You will be required to provide your own equipment for use of the sports facilities. Policies: - We require your full guest list 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in. - Swim at your Own Risk - No smoking - No pets allowed - No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbors at any time. - Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more. - Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57) - Photo ID required before check-in - Stays 4 nights and under require an additional damage deposit - Full list of guests required before check-in - Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required - Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road - Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading. - Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles. - Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing - Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances.
