The Main Living Area is a great place to relax with views out to the pool deck and onto the beautiful lake to the rear of home, it has comfortable seating for guests to enjoy. The Kitchen is fully equipped to cater for all your needs. Enjoy a quick breakfast or lunch sat at the breakfast bar, or why not enjoy brunch with a lake view while sitting at the kitchen nook. The Dining Area with seating for 10 guests is a lovely place to sample some home cooking and enjoy catching up with the family, unwinding with a glass of wine or a cold beer. Living Area is situated at the front of the home, this is a cosy comfortable space to relax and watch a movie. The Games Room is a fantastic additional to this home and it includes a Table Tennis, Pool Table and Air Hockey machine. It is the perfect place for the more competitive members of your party to spend their evenings. The Outside of the home has an extended pool deck and can only be described as magnificent. With a stunning oversized pool and spa and a breath-taking panoramic view of the Lake, this little utopia is great place to enjoy the Florida sunshine relaxing, swimming, soaking in the spa or even catching up with your latest novel. A covered Lanai with a table and chairs means you can sample the delights of outdoor dining or even cocktails and nibbles of an evening under the stars. It features a Flat Screen TV, ceiling fan and has a great view out onto the pool deck area. It has a fantastic en-suite with a bath, separate shower and vanity basin unit. Bedroom Two - this room has a luxury studded King-size bed, white furniture throughout and has a warm cosy feel. It has a Flat Screen TV, ceiling fan and en-suite shower bathroom. Bedroom Three – this Mickey Mouse Steamboat Willie themed bunk bedroom is a great place for siblings or friends to enjoy. It has a full on the bottom and single on top, as well as an additional pull out truckle underneath. There is a bathroom next door with a shower and vanity basin. Bedroom Four – this Twin Queen bedroom has a nautical theme and is great for siblings, cousins or friends to share. It has a TV, ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom Five – has a Queen-sized bed, stunning dark furnishings and a great place to rest after a busy day. It has a TV, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with a bath with overhead shower and vanity basin. Bedroom Six – has a Queen-sized bed and stunning white furnishings. This room has a TV, ceiling fan and access to a bathroom next door with a shower and vanity basin. The home also has the benefit of an office area with a desk, chairs and USB charging points. Availability of all resort facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract. You will be required to provide your own equipment for use of the sports facilities. Policies: - We require your full guest list 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in. - Swim at your Own Risk - No smoking - No pets allowed - No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time. - Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more. - Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57) - Photo ID required before check-in - Stays 4 nights and under require an additional damage deposit - Full list of guests required before check-in - Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required - Pool Heat is required to heat the spa - Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road - Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading. - Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles. They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if the home have the garage converted to a games room). - Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing - Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances.
