IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that when the temperature drops below 55°F, pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances. They are usually set on a timer and do not operate 24 hours a day A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 35 DAYS OF ARRIVAL INCUR 100% CHARGE
