The Kitchen is fully equipped to cater for all your needs, from a quick breakfast or lunch at the comfortable breakfast bar, it’s also an ideal space to chat to your guests while preparing an evening meal. The Dining Area has a contemporary setting with seating for 8 guests, this is a great setting for you all to enjoy some home cooking and spend time together of an evening discussing the day’s events. The Outdoor Area has an extended Pool Deck and covered lanai with a table for 6 guests that is perfect for Al Fresco dining. The home features a hoist to assist with access into the pool, this MUST be requested before arrival so we can ensure it is set up for your stay. There is also a private balcony that is perfect for a quiet breakfast or an early evening drink before joining the other guests for dinner. This room has a Flat Screen TV and en-suite with a walk-in shower and single vanity sink. Cinema Area – watch your favorite movie come to life in this awesome Home Cinema. It features plush leather chairs with cup holders, plus walls decorated with some famous movie quotes. REUNION RESORT IS THE ULTIMATE LUXURY DREAM HOLIDAY DESTINATION AND THIS HOME WILL NOT DISAPPOINT Pool Information: Please note, our swimming pool area does not have a protective cage or enclosure to keep out bugs and insects. While we do our best to maintain a clean and bug-free environment, it's important to be aware that in an outdoor setting, some insects may occasionally be present. Resort Facilities: The resort facilities are run by a third party. Availability of all resort facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract. You will be required to provide your own equipment for use of the sports facilities. Policies: - We require your full guest list 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in. - Swim at your Own Risk - No smoking - No pets allowed - No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbors at any time. - Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more. - Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57) - Photo ID required before check-in - Stays 4 nights and under require an additional damage deposit - Full list of guests required before check-in - Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required - Pool Heat is required to heat the spa - Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road - Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading. - Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles. They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you the home have the garage converted to a games room). - Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing - Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs. MPORTANT INFORMATION Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances.
