Our modern open plan home is stunning and spacious with beautiful interior decor throughout, it is perfect for all your guests as it offers space, comfort and luxury. The Living Room has a Flat Screen TV, Ceiling Fan and offers plenty of comfortable seating for all your guests, a great setting for relaxation at the end of a busy day at the parks or out shopping. The Kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and boasts a kitchen countertop with bar stools. A perfect place for breakfasts or to chat with your guests whilst preparing the evening meal. The Dining Area has a modern 8-seater dining room table with matching chairs and truly is a focal point of the open plan space. Games Area (in the garage) is air conditioned with a Star Wars theme. It has air hockey, table tennis and pool tables. A fantastic place to enjoy family games night. It has a white décor and boasts a Ceiling Fan, Flat Screen TV and an ensuite with bath, separate shower and 2 sinks. Bedroom 2 (downstairs) this room is situated at the front of the home and has a King-Sized bed and grey tones. This room has a Flat Screen TV and ensuite with shower and sink. Bedroom 3 (upstairs) this room is situated at the front of the home and has a King-Sized bed with neutral tones and white wood furnishings. This room has a Flat Screen TV and shared bathroom (with bedroom 4) with a shower and double sink. Bedroom 4 (upstairs) has 2 full size beds with dark furnishings and boasts a Flat Screen TV. This room also shares a bathroom with bedroom 3 and comprises of a shower and double sink. Bedroom 5 (upstairs) this room has a King-Sized bed with neutral tones. This room has a Ceiling Fan, Flat Screen TV and ensuite bathroom with shower and double sink. Bedroom 6 (upstairs) is a “Frozen” themed room boasting a wonderful mural and Flat Screen TV. The room consists of a full-sized bed and a twin bed. A perfect room for cousins or siblings to share. This room does not have an ensuite but there is a separate bathroom consisting of a sink and Wc in the hallway. Bedroom 7 (upstairs) is an “Avengers” themed room with a Flat Screen TV, bunk bed with full bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. This room does not have an ensuite but there is a separate bathroom consisting of a sink and Wc in the hallway. Loft Area is an amazing space for your guests to chill and relax and is equipped with a Pool Table and Foosball Table. With a small high-top table and bar stools – a great place for spectators to watch the fun. THERE REALLY IS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE IN THIS LUXURY PROPERTY AT SOLTERRA RESORT. IT WAS DESIGNED TO BE THE "PERFECT HOME FROM HOME" AND WE ARE SURE YOU WILL AGREE. Resort Facilities: The resort facilities are run by a third party. Availability of all resort facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract. You will be required to provide your own equipment for use of the sports facilities. Policies: - We require your full guest list 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in. - Swim at your Own Risk - No smoking - No pets allowed - No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbors at any time. - Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more. - Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57) - Photo ID required before check-in - Stays 4 nights and under require an additional damage deposit - Full list of guests required before check-in - Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required - Pool Heat is required to heat the spa - Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road - Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading. - Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles. They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home have the garage converted to a games room). - Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing - Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances.
