Property Description: Windsor Hills Resort is a phenomenal 24hr manned and gated resort community moments from the entrance of Walt Disney World. This very popular 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home where everyone has their own bathroom is fully furnished, with your own private screened pool and spa this is your perfect vacation home in Orlando located just 2 miles from Walt Disney World, we are even including your spa heating for FREE all year around at this home when vacationing in this Villa. You can enjoy all the comforts and conveniences of a home away from home, but please do not forget all of the luxuries and amenities of a first class resort in Windsor Hills. Community amenities are included free of charge with your stay in our home, these include a communal Olympic size swimming pool, gym, games room, 48 seat theater room, clubhouse, general store and much more. The luxury home amenities include: Professionally Interior Designed & Furnished, Fully Equipped Gourmet Kitchen, 54' Flat Panel TV in Living Room, 32' Flat Panel TVs in all Bedrooms, Pillow Top Mattresses, Fun-Filled Game Room with 42' TV & Wii Gaming System. Walt Disney World is less than 5 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience. Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool and spa. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool and spa heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April. Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but a gas grill can be rented. This is a single level home.
