Ideal for your next family vacation,this home is conveniently located just 10 minutes to the Walt Disney World Resort The perfect Florida home-away-from-home, your Orlando vacation rental comes equipped with a full size kitchen with modern appliances, free high-speed internet and cable TV. This villa offers a spacious king size bed in the master suite with an ensuite bathroom, a King bed in the second bedroom and (2) twin size beds in the third and a Queen bed in the fourth bedroom. This luxury vacation home easily accommodates a family of eight. Enjoy all of the comforts and conveniences of home, while visiting Orlando. Walt Disney World is less than 15 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience. Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool and spa. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool and spa heating for guests staying between the months of October and April. Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.
