These have access to cable channels. Bedroom Configuration: 3 Queen bedrooms, 2 of which are upstairs, and both have en suite bathrooms. 2 x Twin bedrooms, each with 2 x twin beds in them plus one has an additional twin/trundle bed, meaning…more space for the family with this room sleeping up to 3! This room also has its own separate bathroom upstairs. Resort Amenities: * Resort clubhouse with pool, tiki bar, hot tub, games room & movie theater * Resort includes tennis, volleyball, basketball, gymnasium & sundry shop IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that when the temperature drops below 55°F, pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances. They are usually set on a timer and do not operate 24 hours a day. Plunge Pool faces north. A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 35 DAYS OF ARRIVAL INCUR 100% CHARGE
