Property Description: This very stylish two story, 5 bedroom and 4.5-bathroom home is furnished to a very high standard. The home has 2 king bedrooms, 1 Queen bedroom and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each. This home has a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with an icemaker, microwave oven, waste disposal unit and all crockery and cutlery are included. The breakfast nook is ideal for informal dining. Enhancing your dream vacation is only beyond the patio door. Stepping outside, onto a large pool deck you can enjoy a day of sun. The patio furniture allows you to enjoy a beautiful Florida sunshine or a wonderful alfresco dining experience. What better way to relax and enjoy your time in Florida Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas BBQ grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that when the temperature drops below 55°F, pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances.
