Villa Sol is ideally situated near all the major attractions in Orlando with Disney parks a 15-20 min drive. Over 100 golf courses can be reached in less than 40 min drive, the two closest are only 7-9 minutes away. Just 10 minutes from Villa Sol is a leisure center offering Airboat Rides or fishing excursions on East Lake Toho. Cocoa Beach, a wonderful beach on the Atlantic coast (east) with distinct brown sugar sandy beaches, is only a 45-minute drive. Just 90 minutes west, you will come to Tampa and Clearwater on the Gulf of Mexico where you can experience the most beautiful soft white powder sand and gorgeous sunsets from beach restaurants. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 35 DAYS OF ARRIVAL INCUR 100% CHARGE.
