With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this spacious and beautifully decorated home sleeps 10 people comfortably The open concept floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching your favorite show on one of the 55-inch flat screens or cooking dinner. Bedroom Configuration: 1-King - (First floor) 1-King (Ensuite-First floor) 1-King (Ensuite - Second floor) 2-Twins (Mickey mouse - second floor) 2-Twins (Second floor) Games room with Air Hockey. The fully equipped kitchen has all you'll need with wonderful granite counter tops and stainless appliances. After a long day in the parks or other Central Florida attractions, you'll love your very own pool and spa, screened lanai for privacy, complete with chaise loungers and a dining table; and enjoy the Florida sun and relax. Wireless internet is available throughout the house and there is a full-size washer and dryer. This home is located in front of the future Club House and all the amenities. Optional pool and spa heat is available for $35/day + tax. We would recommend adding pool and spa heat to your reservation between the months of November and April. Games consoles are not provided. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances. CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 35 DAYS OF ARRIVAL INCUR 100% CHARGE.
