Guests staying here have complimentary use of the resort facilities; a clubhouse with amenities including a swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, business centre with Internet, sand volleyball, children's playground and picnic area. The entrance leads to a formal lounge with plenty of seating and a poker table. There is a hallway and archway that lads through to a stylish, fully equipped kitchen which has white cabinetry, granite worktops and stainless steel appliances plus a breakfast bar. There is a dining area opposite with a door to the pool and the main lounge which has additional sofas and chairs, flat screen TV and a door to the pool. The garage has been converted into a games room and is Star Wars themed with Pool Table, Foosball, Flat Screen TVs, PS4 and XBOX with pre-loaded Star Wars Battlefront . The pool backs onto conservation and has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added All bedrooms are upstairs. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE AND COVERS UP TO $500 OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE/BREAKAGE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 31 DAYS INCUR 100% CHARGE
