Property Description: **WEST FACING POOL** GATED RESORT WITH COMMUNAL FACILITIES** DAMAGE WAIVER FEE INCLUDED*4 DOUBLE & 1 TWIN BEDROOM** This luxury home is on 2 levels and is located in the gated resort of Windsor at Westside where guests can also use the communal facilities featuring an extraordinary 10,000 sq.ft. clubhouse, lake & pier, zero entry resort-style pool complete with a water slide, lazy river, and Kids’ water playground. The Tu Casa Tiki bar & fireplace lounge serves food for poolside dining. There is also a fitness centre, volleyball courts and sundry shop and video arcade. The entrance leads to a tiled floor open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. There is a corner suite and a door to the pool and a flat screen TV. The stylish kitchen has stainless steel appliances including an Amerasian style fridge/freezer and granite worktops. There is a utility room with a washer nd dryer. The pool faces and west and has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There is a shaded lanai and a child safety fence. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances. A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED AND COVERS UP TO $500 OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE/BREAKAGE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 31 DAYS OF ARRIVAL WILL INCUR 100% CHARGE
