The entrance opens to an open plan area consisting of a lounge with a corner suite, TV and a door to the pool; opposite is a dining area with 2 dining tables and chairs and a door to the pool. Adjacent is a kitchen with a breakfast bar, granite worktops and stainless steel appliances. There is as second living area upstairs with an additional sofa and a TV The pool has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There are no rear neighbours. There is a shaded lanai with plenty of outdoor furniture and a child safety fence.
