Both the dining area and living room have a door to the pool. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also downstairs. The remaining bedrooms are iupstairs and there is also a pool table and TV on the landing/loft The pool has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There is a shaded lanai and a child safety fence. Although there are villas surrounding the home, the pool screen is designed to give some privacy. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances.
