There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops and stainless steel appliances. The main lounge has plenty pf seating plus a wall mounted flat screen TV. Adjacent to the lounge is a dining area for 8. There is an additional lounge upstairs on the landing with more sofas and another flat screen TV. At the rear of the home is a private pool which faces south/east. It has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool when pool heating is added. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances.
