This new upscale gated resort is just 12 miles from Walt Disney World and offers an array of amenities at its Clubhouse which include Communal pools and a lazy river; Children’s playground & splash pad Fitness Centre Cinema Secluded quiet pool & Spa Entertainment & activities Pool side Tiki Bar Two Premier 18-Hole Greg Norman Designed Championship Golf Courses Sundry shop The home is on 2 levels and has 2 living areas, one on each floor both of which have a TV. The entrance leads to a bedroom on the left and a bathroom; ahead is a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Opposite is a dining area and the main lounge with a door to the pool. The pool faces south and has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There is a shaded lanai and a table and chairs. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 35 DAYS INCUR 100% CHARGE
