At the heart of Solara Resort guests will find a splash park, heated pool, and luxury clubhouse. Other facilities for guests use include Heated Zero-Entry Grand Pool • Water Slide and Splash Pad • Fitness Centre • Coffee and Gelato Cafe • Sundry Shop • Two Story 13,000 sq ft Clubhouse • Complimentary WiFi throughout clubhouse & pool areas • Flow Rider Surf & Wake Simulator • Sand Volleyball Court • Soccer Field • 24-Hour Gated Community Security • Playgrounds and Walking Trails (fees apply) • Full Basketball Court • Restaurant and Bars The villa is on 2 levels and has 2 bedrooms downstairs; as you enter there is a bedroom on left. The hallway leads to an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with a door to the pool. Off the lounge is the master bedroom. Upstairs is an addition living area with sofas, table and chairs plus a TV. The remaining bedrooms are off this area, as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer. A games room can be found in the garage and features an air-hockey table and Foosball. The south facing pool has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. It has a shaded lanai and is fenced at the rear. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume.
